Workshops and Training 


Whether your employees are recent hires or experienced managers, we work with you to provide the right level of awareness. Training sessions vary from 2 to 6 hours, one or more days to meet your needs. Interactive seminars may combine topics below, skill-building tools, and action plan development.     Identify the starting point of your diversity journey and where "pit stops" may be needed along the way. How-to's for mapping your trip include collecting, interpreting and evaluating the impact of your diversity strategies through the use of focus groups, interviews and short surveys.

Consultation and Coaching

Organizations need to understand diversity issues and concerns that impede their productivity. Damken Brown and Associates, Inc., excels at identifying and analyzing workplace issues through focus groups, individual interviews and brief questionnaires. Detailed reports with analysis and proven recommendations are provided to resolve issues and enhance productivity and workforce culture at all levels. Special Presentations

Whether it's a breakfast, luncheon, reception, association gathering, in-house team meeting, convention seminar, or conference break-out, Dr. Brown interacts with you or your meeting planner to select the best topic, format, and presentation venue to complement your goals insuring your success. Topics can be customized to meet the client's needs or the specific event.
